Returns/Exchanges: Because this item is made-to-order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged/Defective: If your order arrives damaged or with a print/manufacturing error, message me within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and I’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
